James Tucker
A Rogersville man wanted for attempted murder is now in police custody.
James Tucker was arrested around 8:00 p.m. on Highway 72 near Little Elk River.
According to Rogersville Police, it happened during a traffic stop.
Both Rogersville officers and the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Unit were involved.
Tucker was the suspect in an hours-long standoff with law enforcement on May 18.Â
He was accused of shooting a gun towards someone and grazing them with a bullet.
