Authorities say a two-vehicle wreck claimed the life of a Florence man on Thursday.
It happened around 1:30 p.m. on Alabama 20 near Alabama 133 about a mile west of Florence.Â
State troopers say 75-year-old Jesse P. Linville was critically injured when the 2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was driving was struck by a 2016 Ford F-150.
Authorities say Linville was taken to North Alabama Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
State troopers continue to investigate the wreck.
