Huntsville pedestrian fatally struck by train identified

Huntsville Police have identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a train Sunday.

Joshua Keith Davis, 32, was killed about 3:30 p.m. Sunday just north of Dallas Avenue and Church Street. Police temporarily closed several intersections following the incident. 

The department said Tuesday that investigators currently believe the death to be accidental.
