TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The No. 15/15 Alabama football team put on a dominant performance on Saturday night, as the Crimson Tide shutout No. 21/17 Missouri, 34-0, in front of a sold-out crowd at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It marked the Crimson Tide’s first SEC shutout since 2020 (41-0 vs. Mississippi State).
Quarterback Jalen Milroe contributed 265 of the Tide’s 458 total yards on offense, finishing 16-of-26 for 215 yards through the air to go along and 50 yards on 11 rushes and a touchdown on the ground. Justice Haynes led the Tide in rushing with 79 yards on eight attempts and a touchdown, while Jam Miller collected two rushing touchdowns for 48 yards on 11 attempts. Germie Bernard was Alabama’s leading receiver with 82 yards on five catches.
The Tide defense held the Tigers to a total of 239 yards of total offense and forced three interceptions which resulted in a pair of UA touchdowns. Jihaad Campbell tallied eight total tackles with a sack and tackle for loss. Safeties Bray Hubbard, who finished with seven tackles, Malachi Moore, who collected five tackles, and Qua Russaw each added an interception.

The last time Alabama shutout a SEC opponent was on Oct. 31, 2020 vs. Mississippi State (41-0).
Alabama owned a 13-0 lead at the half, marking the second consecutive SEC game that the Crimson Tide defense has held its opponent without a point in the opening half of play.
The Crimson Tide earned 319 of its 486 total yards in the second half, and finished with a total of 271 yards and four rushing touchdowns.
Jalen Milroe recorded his 12th rushing touchdown this season during the opening drive of the third quarter (6 plays, 80 yards) which extended the Tide’s lead 20-0, as he accounted for all of Alabama’s 80 yards during that drive.
Jam Miller collected his third game with two rushing touchdowns, bringing his total to seven on the year.
Along with Miller, Justice Haynes and Milroe also recorded rushing touchdowns, marking the third game this season where Alabama recorded four rushing touchdowns.
Graham Nicholson secured his first 40-plus yard field goal of the season after connecting on a 47-yard field goal in the first quarter.
Nicholson connected on 2-of-2 field goals in the contest and is now 4-of-6 on the season.
The Tide defense forced three interceptions for 31 yards from three different defenders, including Bray Hubbard, Malachi Moore and Que Russaw.
Hubbard and Russaw both collected their first career interceptions, while Moore picked up his second on the year.
Alabama secured its first three-and-out on the opening drive this season after stopping Missouri on its 30-yard line during its first drive of the game.

1:54 – UA | After driving down 35 yards in just 3:43 following a Malachi Moore interception, Jam Miller rushed three yards into the endzone for the Tide’s first touchdown of the day (13-0, Alabama).
THIRD QUARTER
12:23 – UA | Alabama opened the third quarter with a six-play, 80-yard drive that resulted in a nine-yard rushing touchdown by Jalen Milroe (20-0, Alabama).
4:28 – UA | Following a Bray Hubbard interception, Jam Miller scored his second rushing touchdown of the day after Alabama drove 65 yards down the field in five plays (27-0, Alabama).
FOURTH QUARTER
11:06 – UA | The Tide drove down the field in five plays for 77 yards that ended in a 35-yard rushing touchdown by Justice Haynes (34-0, Alabama).
