North Courtland police officer arrested for domestic violence

The Moulton Police Department has confirmed the arrest of a North Courtland police officer on Wednesday. 

Mark Whalen was charged with domestic violence-harassment.

He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail with bond set at $1,000.

Police are unable to provide further details at this time as the case is still under investigation.
