It鈥檚 crunch time for Alabama high school football and regions are being decided. That includes 3A Region 8, where Fyffe can clinch the title with a win over Geraldine.
The Bulldogs handed the Red Devils their only loss of the season in 2023. Now Geraldine has a chance to give them their first region loss of 2024. With a win, the Bulldogs can also force a three-way tie for the region lead.
The Red Devils are led by Clemson commit Logan Anderson. After battling injuries early in the season, the team says he鈥檚 at full-speed and available to play on both sides of the ball. He ran for 335 yards against Sylvania on October 5.
Fyffe enters the game at 6-2, while Geraldine sits at 7-1.
